About the Programme
This is a twelve-day comprehensive program that focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of attention deficit disorders in adults. It combines diagnostic methods to help better understand the extent and specifics of each patient's disorder with educational sessions focused on developing practical skills that patients can use to improve concentration, organization, or impulse management. Thanks to a team of experts, state-of-the-art treatment approaches, individualized care and the modern environment of the Mental Rehabilitation Center building, clients receive top-notch care that is unparalleled in the country.
The program includes a detailed psychological evaluation, movement diagnosis by a physiotherapist or sleep diagnosis. In addition, the programme includes twelve psychoeducational modules (these focus on, for example, understanding attention disorders, emotional regulation, the impact of eating on attention disorders or improving interpersonal relationships), community meetings, progressive relaxation and physical and creative activities.
Due to the superior environment of the single rooms in which clients are housed, the program is an additional cost. The cost is CZK 2,100 per day, and the programme lasts for a total of twelve days. Health care is fully covered by health insurance.
Advantages of the programme
Comprehensive diagnostics and assistance
The programme offers a combination of psychological, movement and sleep diagnostics. These methods are tailored to the individual patient so that they are able to make the most of their participation in the program.
Community aspect
Community meetings, reflection, relaxation together and other activities are an integral part of the program to help clients share their experiences and learn from others.
Modern environment
The CDR building opened in 2023 and was designed to provide the most modern and comfortable environment for clients. A major benefit is the groundbreaking lighting system that aids in proper circadian rhythms.
Sports and creative activities
Complementary activities are an integral part of all the programmes at CDR, so clients can look forward to physical activities in the pool and fitness centre, film screenings and creative activities, to name a few.
Accompanying programme
Special activities await clients during the weekend, such as a joint trip to see the sights in the area or a visit to one of the nearby sports centres.
