Consent to the processing of the job seeker's personal data
I agree that the company AKESO hodling a.s., with registered office at Nárožní 1400/7, 158 00 Prague 5, ID No.: 21029725, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 28568 as the administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") or any other company from the AKESO Group (more AKESO holding a.s.) processed my personal data which I provided for the purpose of employment placement or which are publicly available about me on relevant internet networks, i.e. in particular their inclusion in the Administrator̈́`s register of job applicants, evaluation and disclosure to employers for the purpose of offering a job (hereinafter referred to as the "Job Placement Purpose") in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
PERSONAL DATA CATEGORY
The personal data processed are personal and presented data, in particular first and last name, date of birth, nationality, titles obtained, details of contact details including permanent address, email, telephone number, educational qualifications and employment experience, work experience and part-time jobs, current job position, knowledge and skills, requirements of the job sought and other related optional items.
PERSONAL DATA CONTROL
Personal data is processed within the scope of the registration form filled in by the job seeker, the registration made in the mobile application and in the case of the transmission or electronic upload of a CV, to the extent of the personal data or information contained therein, which is publicly available on the relevant internet networks and/or via the Administrator's mobile application.
PLACE AND METHOD OF PROCESSING
The processing of personal data is carried out in the premises at the Administrator's registered office by automated means of computer technology. and/or manually in the form of a filing cabinet, by individual authorised employees of the Controller or in cooperation with an external processor.
PROCESSOR
Datacruit s.r.o., with its registered office at Václavské nám 1, Prague 1, 110 00, has access to the processed personal data as a processor, ID No.: 03545652, whose processing of personal data meets the requirements under applicable law, which ensures adequate protection of rights of the data subject. The processor has access to the personal data only for the time necessary and to the extent necessary. The personal data shall not be transferred to third countries.
PROCESSING PERIOD
Personal data will be processed for a period of 2 years, unless this consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn earlier.
CONSENT WITHDRAWAL
The consent given for the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time free of charge. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to revocation. Withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data processed by the Controller on a legal basis other than consent. (i.e. in particular if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, legal obligation or for other reasons specified in applicable law).
- ELECTRONIC - Where consent has been given electronically, it can be withdrawn simply by clicking on the URL link in the email, that was sent when you confirmed your registration. You should keep this email. Consent given electronically can also be revoked by sending an email message to dpo@akesoholding.cz.
- WITNESS - Written consent can be revoked by filling in the appropriate form at the Administrator's registered office at AKESO hodling a.s., located at Nárožní 1400/7, 158 00 Prague 5.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHT
In relation to personal data, job applicants have the right to access their personal data, to correct or supplement their personal data, to request restriction of processing, to object to or complain about processing in certain cases, to request data portability, to access personal data, to be informed of a personal data breach in certain cases, to have personal data erased in certain cases, to submit a request or other suggestion to the Data Protection Authority or, in the case of to seek appropriate compensation in accordance with the law or to claim compensation for damages.

If a job applicant requests confirmation of whether or not his or her personal data is being processed, the Controller will provide him with the relevant confirmation and, where appropriate, within the framework of his right of access to personal data, further information on the processing of personal data.

SECURITY
Personal information provided is secured by standard procedures and technologies. The controller guarantees, it regularly checks the system for vulnerabilities and exposure to attack and applies such security measures, as the controller may reasonably be required to prevent unauthorised access to the personal data provided, and which, having regard to the current state of technology, provide sufficient security. The security measures adopted are then regularly updated.
CONTACT
The Manager can be contacted by email at dpo@akesoholding.cz or in writing at his registered office. The controller informs the job applicant that providing consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of job placement is voluntary. In case of refusal to provide consent to the processing of personal data the applicant cannot be registered in the relevant database of the Controller and thus receive job offers from the relevant employers. Subject to the exceptions provided for by law, the Controller is obliged to destroy the personal data once the period for which consent has been given or in the event of its withdrawal. In this case, it is not possible to include and keep the job seeker in the relevant records of the Controller.
