By using the www.cdr-akeso.cz website, i.e. accessing the website, (the "Site") and using the services provided on the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). The Site is operated by NH Hospital a.s. (hereinafter referred to as "NH" or "Operator"), ID 27872963, with registered office at Okruhová 1135/44, 155 00 Prague 5 - Stodůlky, a company registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 13753. The Website Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this entry. Planned substantial changes to the content of the Site and changes to its use will always be accompanied by the date of the change. Your use after such change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. The nature of the Site is purely informational. The Operator makes no warranties of any kind - express or implied - that the Site will be free from defects or interruptions. The Operator shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of this Site to the user or a third party as a result of the information contained therein or as a result of a breach of the Terms. NH shall not be liable for any misuse or misinterpretation of the information presented on the Site.
The contents of the Site are information intended for the general public, unless otherwise stated. The content of the Site includes, in particular, professional articles, information about professional events and links to other professional sites or organizations. The Sites are a database within the meaning of Section 88 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright, on Rights Related to Copyright and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Copyright Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Copyright Act"). All dealings with copyright are governed by this Act. The copyright in information, articles and other elements of the Site's content belongs to their authors or executors of such copyrights and the database provider under the Copyright Act.
The questions and comments raised and submitted by the User through this Site are not considered confidential due to the nature of the Site and the Operator has the right to publish and dispose of them at its discretion.
Advertising information in any legal forms is visibly distinguished from non-advertising content of the Site and is fully in compliance with Act No. 138/2002 Coll., amending Act No. 40/1995 Coll., on the regulation of advertising and amending and supplementing Act No. 468/1991 Coll., on the operation of radio and television broadcasting, as amended, and Act No. 79/1997 Coll., on pharmaceuticals and on amending and supplementing certain related acts, as amended.

The Site also includes a Doctor's Advice Centre (hereinafter referred to as the "Advice Centre"). The Advice Centre is in no way a substitute for medical care, but serves solely as an alternative and non-binding source of information. Users are strongly advised to seek professional medical care in addition to using the Counselling Service, which is able to diagnose and help much more effectively due to the direct contact with the patient. The operator of this Site informs the user that it is not liable for any damage to the user's health or to third parties resulting from the use of the Counselling Service.
Questions sent to the Counselling Room also serve as an information resource for users with the same difficulties. For this reason, the Provider reserves the right to publish any queries addressed to physicians via the Advice Centre. The User is obliged to include in his/her queries only such information that can be published according to the applicable legislation. In particular, the User is obliged to avoid providing information that could identify the person of the inquirer or contain sensitive data attributable to a specific person. Requests by users not to disclose the query will not be taken into account.
Due to the lack of diagnostic possibilities, the counselling service is in no way a substitute for standard medical care, but merely a source of information and education for enquiring users.
The operation of the Site and the activities of the Operator in the operation of the Counselling Centre do not constitute the provision of health services within the meaning of Section 2 of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Health Services, as amended, in particular, their purpose is not to assess individual medical treatment, its modification or supplementation or consultation on the provision of health services.
